On to Texas... July 2013

We made it to Texas to spend some time with family before continuing our drive East.

We dropped Luke off for his vacation in Hearne....
And went tubing in New Braunfels...

Another early morning to get some sunrise pictures in Utah.  Arches National Park was absolutely beautiful.  I am now beginning to miss the Southwest.....

July 2013, Horseshoe Canyon, AZ

Wow, talk about breath-taking.  We got up at 4:30 in the morning to drive about 20 minutes from our hotel to this part of the canyon on the Colorado River just to take pictures of this place.  We had to walk about a mile to get to it and got there just around sunrise.  It was beautiful.  Daniel got the camera out of the bag and quickly realized...... the battery was dead!  So the only pics we got were from our phones!

Luke was terrified of the heights.

First stop.... Page, Arizona.  We stopped to take some pictures of the sunset at Lake Powell.

Hayley was patiently waiting while Daniel took LOTS of pictures.  :)
